Biography:

Dr. Mustafa is a certified pediatrician and neonatologist, holding Arab Board Certification in both Pediatrics and Neonatology. He is a member of the Royal College of Pediatrics (UK) and is also European Board Certified in Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care. Prior to joining Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Ajman as a consultant neonatologist, he spent 10 years at Tawam Hospital where he managed a wide range of complex neonatal conditions. In addition to his clinical work, he was a core faculty member in both the pediatric residency and neonatal fellowship programs. He also served as an assistant professor at UAE University, where he actively contributes to academic endeavors and has co-authored numerous publications in pediatrics and neonatology. He is also American Board Certified in Medical Quality and has led several quality improvement initiatives, including the development of clinical practice guidelines at Tawam Hospital. Furthermore, Dr. Mustafa is an official mentor for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) under the American Heart Association.
